3rd Annual Internal Communication and Situational Messaging

Internal Communications refers to all communication done within an organization including emails, memos, company meetings, etc. Internal Communications speaks to the “what’s going on” within an organization, allowing a company to facilitate a voice for the employees to keep them engaged. Poor internal communication causes annexation in an organization that could lead to employees feeling disconnected.

This 3rd Annual Internal Communications & Situational Messaging Conference will build upon the 2012 discussion while also focusing on measuring the effectiveness of internal communication, integrating actionable solutions to combat lack of utilization of intranets and emphasis on redesigning intranets to enhance utilization. This conference is being framed to take the delegation beyond traditionally siloed internal communications practices to a fully integrated platform deployed across the enterprise to discover leading edge processes and repeatable methodologies for situational messaging that successfully informs and engages the workforce.

In 24 sessions, attendees will learn from leaders in situational messaging about employee engagement and effective utilization of your company’s intranet. Attendees will be afforded the opportunity to interact with speakers and their peers in a classroom style setting that will encourage both audience participation and engagement. Seating for this conference is limited to maintain an intimate educational environment that will cultivate the knowledge and experience of all participants.
