Welcome to the fourth International, Academic Conference of ELLTA: ‘Perspectives on Leadership, Learning and Social Enterprise in Asia’ – Sharpening Focus on Research Collaborations and Publications, organised by Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and ELLTA, as Co-hosts.

These themes are the most pressing conversation topics in Asia, and all around the world, and ELLTA 2017 encourages knowledge sharing and research papers in order to deliver fresh perspective on these topics:

Academics from various fields, with an interest in the above themes, are welcome to present their papers. The conference has a multidisciplinary emphasis and, therefore, inviting contributions from across disciplines as well.
