LINQ 2015

The international conference Learning Innovations and Quality (LINQ 2015) is the fourth annual conference that takes place in Brussels, Belgium. The focus of this year's conference is “'The Need for Change in Education: Openness as Default?“.
 
Education and research are one of the fields that saw great change and improvement with technology innovation. Today, we have a chance to use different technology resources to learn, gain knowledge and network. According to CB Insight, education technology funding jumped 55 percent in 2014, and propelled by technological advancement and demand, the education sector continues to invest in technology.  Such environment calls for discussion on open education and research.
