We are looking for a full time Service Desk Specialist to work with our technical team in the Novi Sad office.

We need you to join our team if you are ready to meet and exceed customer expectations.
You will be responsible for creating and working on service desk tickets and supervising the process until final resolution.
The selected candidate will:
- Interact daily with customers, other customer support team members, product development team and the product owner
- Answer and process incoming client requests regarding the usage of the platform
- Reproduce reported issues to identify cause of the problem and recommend a workaround or a solution
- Maintain log of problems in the ticketing system so that recurring problems can be reported to product development
- Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Be a single point of contact for customers
- Provide telephone and email support to end user community
- Perform post resolution follow ups to customer support tickets
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in an IT Help desk
- Experience with incident management tools, such as Jira or similar
- Experience in software testing or development is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of English language, spoken and written
- Strong customer support skills
