Organisational learning for knowledge management

LEARN FROM PAST MISTAKES. Are you doing this effectively?

All too often organisational learning disappoints and yields little more than a half-hearted "lessons learned database" which fails to capture the imagination - or the buy-in - of the business. Surely we can do better than that?

After all it should have a place at the heart of our business and knowledge management strategies because it focuses on the creation of new knowledge, and its application to real business challenges.

During this highly interactive masterclass, Chris Collison will help you to do exactly that, sharing his experience through practical activities and inspirational examples ranging from the International Olympic Committee to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

This masterclass, led by internationally renowned author and consultant, Chris Collison, is designed to:

  • Give you the tools to connect organisational learning with broader KM and business strategies
  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of "lessons learned", to identify the reasons why organisations repeat mistakes and fail to learn from good practices
  • Demonstrate how you can influence and develop a learning culture which makes a difference, using real-life examples from MAKE-awards winning organisations
  • Ensure that you will leave with the ability to implement a number of tools and techniques first-hand, through enjoyable and practical exercises

Don't miss this unique opportunity to gain insight from Chris Collison on the best practice techniques to develop a framework for organisational learning.

Attendance at this masterclass qualifies for 5 hours and 20 mins of SRA CPD (at intermediate/advanced level). To claim the hours, quote provider code: EEW/ARCL.
