Track 1: The Changing Landscape of Communication Technologies
The use and delivery of communication technologies seems to be in a constant state of change. Staying current on these changes and deciphering how to sustain existing technologies and/or embrace emerging technologies is critical for today's Communication Technology professionals. The Changing Landscape of Communication Technologies track will explore the challenges and successes institutions have encountered as they maintain legacy systems, embrace IP based solutions, observe the blending of social and mobile strategies, and navigate skill-set requirements of their technologists.

Track 2: Empowering Collaboration through Technology
Collaboration has become one of those business productivity words with multiple meanings and solutions. Despite the many varied forms that collaboration can take, in addition to the vast array of platforms leveraged to deliver collaboration solutions, many universities recognize that at the core of collaboration is a persistent, open, and bi-directional communication path. The Empowering Collaboration through Technology track will explore how institutions are leveraging technology to enable collaboration, crossing functional/academic/geographical boundaries to promote collaboration, and developing new areas of expertise as they deliver collaboration services and solutions.
